Dear participants and guests of the exhibition and forum “ECOTECH” !

To take part in the business programme of the exhibition and forum “ECOTECH” please fill in the registration form in the section "Apply for participation" of the website.

The Organizing Committee will consider each request, and issue a written invitation to an approved participant. The Organizing Committee reserves its right to refuse any application for participation in the forum events and activities without disclosing the reason thereof in its sole discretion.

In case the application for participation is approved, the exhibition and forum Organizers will conclude an Agreement with each participant, which constitutes your confirmation and guarantee of participation. Payment should be made within 5 (five) working days after concluding the agreement.

Participation Conditions

Please kindly review enclosed information regarding participation in the exhibition and forum “ECOTECH”, including general conditions of participation and participation fees.

Following participation conditions are provided for business programme attendees: 

  • Participation in the business programme events of the exhibition and forum “ECOTECH” (excluding invitation-only events);
  • Official handouts;
  • Access to the cultural programme events of the exhibition and forum “ECOTECH” (excluding invitation-only events);
  • Catering, provided by the programme of the exhibition and forum “ECOTECH”.

Participation Fees

Participation pack for participants, coming from the Russian Federation and representing Russian business - 60.000 RUB (VAT free).

Participation pack for participants, coming from abroad and representing foreign business is free.

Federal executive authorities and delegations of the constituent units of the Russian Federation are invited to participate in the Forum on free-of-charge basis upon the quote: the Head of Delegation + 5 Delegates.
